1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the NaftulovychRealEstate website (the "Site"), located at naftulovychrealestate.ge and its related subdomains, as well as the terms for providing the information and services available through the Site.

By using the Site, filling out contact forms, browsing listings, or otherwise interacting with the Site's materials, you confirm that you have read the terms of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, and that you accept them in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the Site.

2. Definitions

The Site is an informational platform that allows the User to review real estate offers in Georgia, clarify transaction terms, and contact the Administration for a personal consultation.

4. Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to:

• view the Site's Materials free of charge;
• use contact forms to send requests to the Administration;
• receive consultations and information about real estate properties;
• share a link to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The User agrees to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information when filling out forms;
• not use the Site to distribute false, harmful, or unlawful information;
• not disrupt the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its servers or data;
• not copy, distribute, or use the Site's Materials for commercial purposes without the Administration's written consent.

5. Rights and obligations of the Administration

The Administration agrees to:

• maintain the operability of the Site within reasonable limits;

The Administration has the right to:

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property published on the Site, including texts, photographs, the logo, the NaftulovychRealEstate trade name, design, and source code, belongs to the Administration or is used on lawful grounds.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using the Site's Materials for commercial purposes without the Administration's written permission is prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided all attribution marks and source links are preserved.

7. Liability of the parties

The Administration is not liable for:

Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Georgian law. By submitting data through the Site's forms, the User consents to its processing for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination of the agreement

The Administration has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site, unless otherwise stated in the text of the changes.

The User may stop using the Site at any time. Continued use of the Site after the Terms have been amended is considered acceptance of the new terms.

11. Dispute resolution

In the event of disputes or disagreements, the parties will make every effort to resolve them through negotiation. If an agreement is not reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court of Georgia in accordance with applicable law.
